Then there are the skies that look painted or on fire.
Of course I always love snapping the moon.
I love going out to photograph the sunsets!
I've looked at clouds from both sides now.
And of course, the ever present jet trails.

Ooo Ginny, they are all so beautiful. So difficult to pick a favourite. But the 3rd & 4th are really stunning!
I agree with Nancy, very difficult. 3&4 looks like the sky is on fire but i think I wil chose1 as there ae birds in it.
They are all very pretty but that first one with the peach colored sky and the birds flying is one of my favorites. The other one that really catches my eye is the sunset with the pink reflection.
wow on every one of these. YES, I have three favorites. 1 with the pelicans, 3 and 4 with the sky on FIRE. wow wow wow.. Fire and Sky all together. awesome shots. well make that 4 favorites.

It truly is difficult to pic that favorite but the first and the sixth (the ring around the moon?) are lovely. Then I look at all the others and think goodness, they are all just gorgeous!
Well....it's hard to pick a favorite of YOUR photos today. But I'm very partial to the moonglow.
And then coming in a top 2nd would be the first photo...the birds silhouetted in the golden sky.
MY favorite time of day to photograph the sky is sunrise...OR when the huge thunderheads are so bright and white against a deep blue.
Wow, I love all your sky photos! If I pick a favorite, I really love the 1st one with birds and long clouds. And the looks of last two photos are so unique and beautiful!

You make it so hard to choose a favorite. Your photos and scripture remins me of the second verse of that hymn "Joyful, joyful we adore thee" in which all nature "calls us to rejoice in thee."
