You've Got Mail

Around here, people really decorate for the seasons. And that even includes their mailboxes! Here are a few around town now.

Much better than a plain, old black one like mine. Going to look for me one.

Of course, naturally, I enjoyed the 'halloween-ish' mailbox with the black kitty!!

I like the idea of decorating like this...but I've never covered our mailbox before. Hmmmm.

We don't generally have mail boxes like yours, our mail comes through the letter box. Do people buy these as covers for the mail box?

I think the mailbox in the third photo is my favorite. They are all nice and I think would be fun to do. Wonder where they get those mailbox covers?
Love the quote, and it's a shame that people don't write snail-mail letters much anymore. Nowadays, it's text messages or emails. Have a nice weekend!

I should have said "verse" instead of quote!

ps...to answer your question in my comments: What's at the end of the path? A small playground for kids/picnic tables and the coast of part of Oso Bay.
