Crossing The Road

We had to stop for someone crossing the road.

And look who she had with her!

Mom and dad stood guard over the babies while they learned to eat grass.

“What a God! His road stretches straight and smooth. Every God-direction is road-tested. Everyone who runs toward him makes it.”

Oh Ginny, they are very cute... in fact last couple of weeks, I saw one duck leading her ducklings across the road in the countryside... down the drain and up to the other side of the field... so cute!

That is so sweet to see. My son, granddaughter and I were in Winnipeg on Saturday, traffic was backed up and at a stand still. We were about to get frustrated, when Steve saw Mama goose leading her family across the street. It is good to see that people actually stop and let them cross safely.

Oh my goodness, they are soooo cute! Glad they crossed the road safely :-) I remember seeing geese mom and her babies when I visited Boston long time ago. They walked and went to swim in the pond. They were so adorable!

Adorable --but it always scares me seeing the babies so close to the road... I'm sure that Mom and Dad will take good care of them....

We are at the beach enjoying the sunshine.
Hugs,
Betsy
