Just Believe

I spotted this fence on one of our short trips. I don't know who decorated it. The building behind it looks a bit like a school, so maybe the students did it.

wow! i can't even imagine the amount of work to create this, i looked at each piece of the work and can't figure how they did it. so creative and i love it.
