The Porches

This house was built in 1928 in the European Cottage Style. It is on sale now for $700,000. Why am I showing you this? Because it has five porches. FIVE. PORCHES. Unfortunately, I was unable to snap any of them!! Trees, shrubbery, and other obstacles blocked every one of them! Oh well, I did get a shot of their cool tree house out back!

The best kind of friend is the one you could sit on a porch with, never saying a word, and walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you've had.

Now this is THE definition of a TREE house, or TREES House. I love it and I would love the five porches. beautiful old home. they sure built wonderful homes in the 20s, the ones I love the most here were all built in the 20's, including my grandmothers house

I'm glad you got a photo of the tree house -- it is really neat. I've never known a house to have five porches!

I love that quote. It's really true with those special friends.
I do love porches and always dreamed of having a wrap-around porch so I could sit in my rocker and watch the world go by...well that never happened but I do have a nice patio in the backyard...so I am content.

That house sure looks like one I could love but I need where the neighbours would be the social , frienfly kind.

Great quote......and very true.. I absolutely love sitting on the porch with Sam, family and friends. That sure is a lot of money!! But...I guess you would have 5 different porches to share with friends..

Wow, five pitches! It’s like a dream house. And the tree house is soooo cool! I was fascinated by those tree houses as a child, and I still am! :-)

Looks like a cute house.
Thanks for the info on the balloon festival. My youngest brother got married that day, so we couldn't make it.
