The Woodpeckers

This lovely little statue sits just outside the side door of a hospital. I love it!

Even the woodpecker owes its success to the fact that he used his head.

Woodpeckers are one of my favorite species of birds. I know they can be terribly destructive, but I love them. We have a very large one that likes to visit in the spring and I am anxiously awaiting his arrival.

Great advice from a woodpecker, a lovely statue, we saw a woodpecker outside our kitchen window this morning eating at the bird feeder. Thanks for sharing.

We don't need a sculpture here - we have them for real on our house - I would think it would give them a terrible headache!

We have woodpeckers coming to our bird feeder. They are cute except when they peck the footing of our deck :-D

I love it, a beautiful statue. Thanks Ginny :) We have one of those little darlings wake us up like an alarm clock every morning when he taps just above our bedroom window like a jackhammer!
