Yesterday

When I looked out the window yesterday evening, there was lots of color. So we jumped in the car and drove up to the hill. Just in time, too. As soon as I snapped these pictures, the color faded away.

One last look back as we drive away.

“The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious.  And why shouldn't it be? - it is the same the angels breathe.”
~Mark Twain

Glad you were in time to capture these beautiful colors.
To answer your question, my cricut does all the cutting on the filigree bunny and chick. I just push a button and sit back.

Beautiful sky shots. You're right, the color usually doesn't last long, so you timed it perfectly! I like the quote too.
