Wednesday Thoughts

I saw this cartoon on Facebook, and thought how well it fit ME..It's not that I don't get things done. They just take weeks instead of a day like they used to. How about you?

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying.

That cartoon and quote sounds like me too. A hot cup of coffee would be nice because it is nice and cool at this time over here.

The drawing says a lot ... I am younger than the lady in question, but my body says that sometimes too! But you know what ...

You asked me which island I was on Sunday ... that was Ameland (the Netherlands)

Yes! But I do spend a lot of time forcing my body to do what it doesn't want to!

Yes! I look back at the way I used to be and I am so impressed! But that ship sailed and I’m navigating new waters over here.....

Ginny,
Oh my, I love it.
I love the quotes you shared too.

Kenosha is a Wisconsin city experiencing social unrest. Earlier in 2020 the city experienced burning and looting of private shops, homes and business.
The concern is that this will happen again this week. Two people were stabbed to death last night.. not sure if it was related to the protests at this time.
Thank you for the prayers. Carla

Yes, I can relate. Seems that everything takes longer, at least most of the time.I have the occasional day where i get stuff done quickly.

Andy and I shake our heads in amusement at how long it takes us to do anything now, but we’re content living life in the very slow lane.
