On Sunday, we brought the girls over. We all went to the new Dunkin' Donuts, then back home to do Easter crafts and other fun things. First, we made Easter gnomes.

Then we colored sugar cookies with food safe markers.

More cookies were eaten than were colored.

Then we played with the SD game.

And watched Paw Patrol.

Time for big hugs before going home!

“He who works with his hands is a laborer.
He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman.
He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.”

Those gnomes are so cute, Ginny. And I have a thing for gnomes. What a fun day you had doing crafts and baking sugar cookies. And I've never seen those markers that are food safe. I'll have to tell the girls about them. Such a sweet photo of your granddaughter, and smiles all around. : )

ps.....I love the quote, and St. Francis is one of my beloved Saints. I just watched a movie about him.
