Yesterday we went to our Granddaughter's high jump event in Field & Track. She had made it to regionals. About 19 schools were competing, and it was hard to get a place to park.
I finally spotted her in the camera!
As her turn to jump got near, she had to take her sweatshirt off. It was chilly.
Think she sees us? We were pretty far away.
And there she goes! I captured her in mid-air.
Now it's time to relax and wind down. I do think she may see us now.

Looks like it was a beautiful day to be outside, Ginny. I'm glad you got to be there. Your granddaughter is absolutely beautiful! ~Andrea xoxo
That's excellent that your granddaughter made it to the regionals, Ginny. How wonderful that you got a photo of her in the high jump event. What a memorable day for you. Your post reminded me of my brother, who ran track in school. He ended up participating in the Boston Marathon. Should do a post about that someday. : )

Marvelous performance by the lovely Anne Marie! I am praying fervently right now that I remembered her name correctly. xoxo
