Sparks

Here is a photo from about 10 years ago of the first time Anne Marie held a sparkler. Can you say "fear"?

After the fireworks the other night, we decided to make designs with sparklers.

Gorgeous sparkler work! And Anne Marie looks suspicious rather than scared I think. So cute, though.

Terrific captures and it looks like everyone had alot of fun.
I remember doing that as a kid too and my boys did the same thing.

AWESOME captures, Ginny! Looks like y'all had a great time! My facial expression probably matched Anne Marie's the first time I was forced to hold a sparkler! Haaahaha I was terrified! xoxo

I have memory of sparklers when I was little and the grownups trying to reassure me hat I would be fine holding one. I didnt want much to do with it! I hope you had a Happy 4th, we have so much happening right now and I am traveling to my childhood home place to visit family. I havent blogged lately, I will catch up sometime soon

Love the expression on her face in that first photo. - The sparkler designs are fun, I'll have to try that one night. We still have a few left over for the 4th.

Your granddaughter looks so cute holding the sparkler, and that's awesome that you got pictures of the sparkers when they were going off. They look so cool.
SPARKLERS are my favorite around the 4th of July! I love that quote also, Ginny.
