Glad All Over

There is a house a few blocks away that has gladiola all over it's front yard.

I also happened to come across these gladiola tattoos on the web. Aren't they gorgeous? They must have been a lot of work.

Stay close to anything that makes you glad you are alive.

Those are pretty. Back before my parents had divorced, my mother had planted gladiolas. They were pretty but they were always so top heavy they wouldn't stand up.

When I see gladiolas, I always think of funerals...caskets are most always draped with a gladiola spray.

I really like "Glads". There are so many different colors.
I think they are so pretty against the white picket railing of that house.

Oh my goodness how beautiful! I am not a fan of the tattoos although I do love my own dragonfly tattoo.

I love how you find unique and pretty things around your neighborhood. The orangish red gladiolas look striking and show up nicely against the white fence. The tattoos are very artistic. The last one is exquisite.

Truly gorgeous flowers. I'm not much for tattoos (well, I'm not anything for tattoos, haaha), but you're right that those involve a great deal of artistry! xoxo
