Shine On

The Full Harvest Moon is this weekend, and I got some good shots. A few have some wispy clouds in front of the moon. So watch it rise over the mountains with me! See the glow that comes right before it rises?

I keep repeating myself, but with every such post I become mre and more convinced that you live much closer to the moon than I do! (and the sun as well)

Oh Ginny, I was just about to give you Tammie Lee's blog link. I'm glad you found it. The Full Harvest Moon photos are beautiful. I did see the full moon while driving on the dark road, but I didn't know it was the Harvest Moon. I like how you took us from the beginning of the rise to the end. Thank you for that. That first photo is so lovely with the glow rising over the mountains.

Wow! Great shots! We were on our way home Sunday night and saw what looked like a harvest moon to us as we caught glimpses at breaks in the heavily forested area we were driving through. it seemed to play peekaboo for an hour and then we turned west and our tryst with the moon was over.

Such beautiful moon images! Well done.
It was such a striking moon. I could see it through my forest trees and it was still impressive.
Thank you for stopping by my other blog and visiting my art, so kind of you.
