Just Passing By

Phil's surgery went well, and thank you so much for your prayers!! He is not to bend or lift for a week, and there are lots of eyedrops! Here are a few things we passed by while driving. The Big Watering Can has new flowers planted.

And of all places, this beautiful hot air balloon was in front of Dairy Queen!

I'm happy the operation is over with and the healing can start. That's a huge relief. I love that first motivational poster, especially "ignite the fire within." ❤️

That is good to hear the healing is starting. I like the Confucius saying, I sometimes tell people a quote from someone I heard a while ago, "Fall 7 times, get up 8."

let me know if Phil tries the cover the good eye then the bad eye and do it back and forth to see how much better the new eye is. love that watering can and the flowers.

Glad to hear all went well with Phil's surgery. I love that huge watering can. That hot air balloon is pretty impressive also. So did you stop at Dairy Queen for lunch or at least for some ice cream?

Thankful to hear that surgery went well for Phil. The watering can is an absolute sight to see. I would love to see that. My granddoll would love it as well. The hot air balloon is a reminder that so many families have struggles with the health of their children that we should never take a single day for granted.

So glad Phil's eye surgery went well, Ginny. What a wonderful big balloon, and what better place to display it than Dairy Queen? I used to drive through and get a treat now and then in my hometown. I miss their chocolate covered cones! A special Vidhya quote. : )

I am glad to hear that everything went well with your husband. I suppose even people on hot air balloons like DQ ice creams!

I love that giant watering can. So special! Ugh I remember constantly doing those drops in TG's eyes after his two (of two, hahaa) cataract surgeries! I was so glad to see that chart go bye-bye! xoxo
