Phil is having his cataract surgery here on Thursday, it is way out of town. So I will not be visiting or blogging today.

highly developed sensory organs in our bodies? It’s so complex that neurons
devoted to visual processing take up almost 30% of the cortex. That’s a huge
chunk of the brain compared to what the other senses use.

Fingers crossed it goes well. I bet it will be a big relief to have it done so he can enjoy his better vision!

my eyes are more cherished than any other part of my body. good luck and tell phil to do the test looking at white cabinets. as soon as i took the bandage off, i would cover the old eye and the new eye and crow over how much better I could see. hugs, see you tomorrow. who will drive you home

Hi Ginny! Praying for a successful surgery. That is so interesting about the eyes... and now I have learned something new once again. Thank you for continuing to enrich my life. Now if I can keep what I have learned and not forget it like I so often do.. lol.
