A Short Drive

Let's take a short drive around the neighborhood and see what is going on after Halloween. I like the turquoise things in this yard.

Black cats are still afoot.

This neighbor still has their fence decorated for fall.

These people have a pumpkin arch up.

It lights up at night!

Out back, this townhouse porch looks pretty in pink.

And right next door is this adorable tabletop well!

And so it goes for our little neighborhood tour.

Towns change; they grow or diminish, but hometowns remain as we left them.

You have a lovely neighborhood. I like when people leave fall stuff up after Halloween instead of jumping right into Christmas decorations.
That pumpkin arch is pretty cool

your hood looks like pink and aqua are still around in spite of the new trending colors.. I love the colors and love that wheel barrow. soon the Christmas will be out and you can drive through your hood to show us what they are up to this year

I enjoyed your neighborhood tour. It is interesting to see the things that other people do for decorations...

Seems like your trees still have a lot of colour left on them too! :)

Such truth to that final quote. It definitely is the memories and not the physical building for me.
Such a colorful neighborhood you have. I'm very glad to see all the political signs coming down and that we are going to just get on with our daily lives.

Pretty pictures of your neighborhood. The ones with the turquoise and pink furniture are my faves--and the ones of that spectacular looking tree. What a splendorous sight.

I love the turquoise chairs too. Boy, my neighborhood doesn't do anything like that.

I LOVE that last quote, Ginny. I actually have the same one with a photo in black and white. It's such a heartwarming quote. And there's just something about going back to our childhood towns, and remembering everything we did growing up there.
