Water On The brain

There are a lot of snow globes in the stores now. A LOT. Like shelves and shelves of them!

But I saw one that really takes it to another level. A soldier with a water globe on his HEAD! He must have one doozy of a headache. One of the weirder Christmas decorations I have seen so far.

“Snow globes remind us that sometimes the smallest things can bring the greatest joy.”

I like snow globes and I like nutcrackers but I'm not so sure the two make a good combination. It just looks odd to me.

more marketing tools is what they are, what is something they can make to get people to buy, something new, and of course they will buy whatever they market. they did that with cereal. we had about 5 cereals when I was growing up and now there are at least 100.. sales slow down and they come up with something to make people buy because its different.. can you tell I am not a fan of snowglobes? neither the old or the new... I do love my Charlie Brown tree and at one time it was new to us.. I might need to find out when it came out

That is true - they do make you happy. How did you do your header - AI? I have never seen one on top of a head before.

Like your header!
That sure is a lot of snow globes!

That nutcracker with the snow globe is really interesting. I don't think it would be for me though. Love your header and that's a very cool artsy app you used on it. Looks great!

I saw a few of those in my supermarket as well, but did not feel really tempted.

I like snow globes and have a couple but I must admit the Nutcracker Soldier with the snow globe on it's head is a bit odd.

Ginny, you have to tell me where you saw all these snow globes, cause I have a small collection of them. That Nutcracker one is different - not sure I'd buy that one. But the others look so delightful. And this quote is perfect.....and so very true.
