So many of the trees have turned red in the last few weeks, they almost take my breath away. The streets are on fire with beauty. And though these leaves are dying, they shout for joy.
"You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and the trees of the field will clap their hands." Isaiah 55:12

Hi Ginny, Those trees are gorgeous!!! Our leaves are all gone now. I am not fond of the snow to drive in, but when it comes it will at least perk up the landscape. I added more to the wreath, I thought it didnt have enough on it. Kinda my idea, lol...I saw the feathered wreath on http://chriskauffman.blogspot.com/2010/11/happy-house-tour.html and made it my own. Blessings. Lady Jane

that first photo is stunning and made me want to clap my hands with joy with the trees. these are all flames of beauty. i don't think i have ever seen any this red. hugs

Wow . .the tree is beautiful. I should be back there to see them. Beautiful photos! The trees here are just starting to turn gold with the cold weather we have been having.
Now that is the kind of fire I could live with.THese are spectacular.It is just unfortunate that the color only lasts for a short time.

We love the red leaves....our neighbor has one and I sit and stare at it until the leaves all fall off....didn't take long this year....sad face....

Gorgeous...we don't have the abundance of colorful trees here in the Midwest. Ours are kind of sprinkled here and there. Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.

These trees are absolutely gorgeous. I don't think I've seen so many fiery red trees in one area.
There are about 300, we have three sessions, classic, comptemptory and youth.
Yes, I did happen to see a little girl walk towards the Medic area. I was hiding in the drinks storage (guarding the drinks).
Someone took the girl about 4 or 5 to the lost children area next to the stage. Her mum was waiting there.
In a crowd of 4000, it is quite easy to lose one's kids.

It is so lovely there. Ours have turned for the most part and with our roller coaster weather and winds, most have fallen in the yard... sometimes heavy in the air as they fall like snow.

This is my favorite color of leaves when they turn and unfortunately we don't get many that color here - so I am enjoying yours.
