Sunday Shopping

Yesterday we did some grocery shopping. I noticed that most of the large displays had been turned into Christmas tree shapes. Come with us and look!

Mineral water, something a real tree can really use.

Club soda. Again, good for trees.

Even pineapples, which kinda ARE trees!

Sprite; I bet this would give a tree some pep.

A step away from the tree theme. A gingerbread house.

And the Poinsettias. An arch instead of a tree shape. But maybe more beautiful then all the rest.

“Instead of looking at the fashions, walk out into the fields and look at the wildflowers. They never primp or shop, but have you ever seen color and design quite like it? The ten best-dressed men and women in the country look shabby alongside them.”
Matthew 6

this is so creative, I have seen all kinds of shapes but never trees. my niece got married in Dec and the church had a giant 12 foot tree built of poinsettias. I love each one of these... you find the most amazing things. hope the snow is not pouring down on you

You saw some creative displays, but I agree that the poinsettias are the prettiest.

All the "extra special" Christmas displays this time of year makes me feel kind of dizzy ... ;)

I like the theme you found going here

It does look so festive...I wish stores at least waited till after Thanksgiving to start decorating...till we didn't grow tired of it before Christmas. I remember when we used to be sad to see it go...

Those are some very creative displays. It looks like they've got Cranberry Sprite on that one. I tried that recently and it's really good

Seems that even the store people go that extra step to make it all look festive.

Great way of decorating the store items into Christmas trees. The Poinsettias stole the show!

Even your grocery store there is Heaven. You are so blessed to live there.

Coffee & A Beaver

When we were out this evening, we saw the blackest clouds!  We were at Starbucks, and I figured there would be no chance to snap the full B...
