Something Squirrely

I wanted my kitchen table centerpiece to be not just for Christmas, but to stay out all winter. So this is what I put out. It is a Mama & baby squirrel, with beautiful bushy tails. I put a fruit floral pick in front of them, and that is my centerpiece!

The squirrel does not sicken and die of anxiety lest he should not accumulate enough nuts for two winters instead of one. The dog loses no sleep over the fact that he does not have enough bones laid aside for his declining years.

I love your little squirrels and it perfect! And a quote is oh so badly needed for these days of covid-19. As a shelves get less and less on them and we live with the dread of the virus that quote needs to be read over and over

Hi Ginny. Thanks for hanging in there when I didn't post for a while.
You asked about my shopping. I have a standing order with Asda each week and have found another shop that will deliver within 2 hours so all is fine with the food. Our lockdown ends soon and we are hoping to get out to buy a few pressies. Hope you are both well.
