Psycho

There is a house on our street that I lovingly refer to as "The Psycho House." Just because it reminds me of the movie of the same name. Every October, they hang these screaming ghosts out the windows. And every October I post them. Living in this house, who would not be led to scream every so often?

“Yesterday, upon the stair,
      I met a man who wasn't there.
      He wasn't there again today,
      I wish, I wish he'd go away.
When I came home last night at three,
The man was waiting there for me
But when I looked around the hall,
I couldn't see him there at all!”

I don't watch scary movies and wouldn't want to live in a scary house! I would have too many nightmares. Real life is scary enough at times. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I remember seeing this house. I bet they have fun decorating it. I wonder if they think it looks like the psycho house too

I will only enjoy watching ghost movie if it is a cartoon movie. I wouldn't want to live in the house with screaming ghost. Lol!

Love the ghostly poem...
I think that the psycho house would drive me a little "mad" too.
Good post

This house does look charming, and you took a great picture of it with the Autumn trees. I like the green color of the house. The ghosts out the window are funny. And this is a ghostly little poem you shared with us, Ginny.

That is a very interesting house, I like it but must have a lot of steps I am thinking :) The screaming ghosts are a great Halloween addition, fun! I enjoyed your poem too.

I remember those from last year! They are cute and that house does sort of look like the Psycho house but better taken care of!

I could not go to bed in that house. Will never forget the fear the movie Psycho put in me. I never quite got over it. I like the poem!
