Virginia Bluebells

The Virginia Bluebells are blooming now. They are so pretty and delicate. Here are some a few blocks away.

Here are some Bluebell tattoos I found online. Would you get any of them?

How Fairies Use Bluebells
Bluebells are sometimes referred to as “fairy thimbles.” For example, to call fairies to a convention, a bluebell is be rung. In traditional lore, fairies cast spells on those who dared to pick or damage the beautiful, delicate flowers.

Your photos of the bluebells are beautiful! No, I wouldn’t get a tattoo of them. Tattooing is another form of artistic expression which I enjoy in most forms, but tattoos are not for me. It is very popular I know.

No tattoos for me. I don't want something so permanent on my skin. And, I've seen what they look like on older people, after they fade and often stretch. Not too pretty!

I like the bluebell plants much better than the bluebell tattoos.

The bluebells are so pretty. The tattoos are pretty also but not for me. I appreciate the art work but I honestly don't care to see them all over people.

I've heard of Texas bluebells but never Virginia. They are so pretty.
No tattoos for me. They seem to look nice on others but I'm not interested in them on me. Too expensive and they hurt. No thanks.

Not a fan of tattoos but my son David and Liz have plenty of them!

The one on the ankle looks real. Very pretty little bell flowers.

You got great shots of them. No, have no desire for a tattoo.

Pretty photos of the bluebells. Love their color. And I also like the ankle tattoo, although it would be too big for me. I liked the fairy story too! : )

Interesting tattoos, some quite pretty--although I'm not really a an of them. The second photo (I'm not sure what part of the anatomy it's on) looks three dimensional.
