The Scorpion

 On the street we go to watch the sunset, this strange truck has been parked for weeks. I have never seen a truck like it. Weird.


And even weirder is this...


It's name is Scorpion! Never would I EVER sit in this truck!

It might be more involved, but I think the contraption on the back can be attached to various vehicles in construction and acts as a shock absorber if someone drives into it.

I have seen a few of these in our area. The scorpion attachment on the trucks is used as a mobile crash cushion that supports the vehicle's frame. I don't like seeing that big ol' scorpion but I guess it does get the attention of people passing by.
