Phil's birthday was today, he is now 80! And he is the best husband on the face of the earth! Patient, kind, and funny. He never, ever complains about anything.
We couldn't really go anywhere because of the Covid virus, but it was a nice day. Our son and the girls stood in the yard, brought gifts, and sang happy birthday!
Amid the gifts were these precious cards the girls had made.
I made a roast for dinner, and Phil talked to many family members on the phone and played some games with our son remotely on the tablet. No huge celebration, but a nice day. We are thankful for it, and that we are all healthy!
They're not gray hairs. They're wisdom highlights.
