Christmas Day 2023

Hi everyone! I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all of your concern, cards and prayers. I have the most wonderful blog friends.

So, here is our Christmas day. The family came over here. Here are Phil & I with our granddaughters in matching pajamas.

Ann Marie, the oldest, had the prettiest nails!

Here are the cute little heart earrings I got Jazz.

This is our son trying on the hat we got him.

Doesn't this look just like a jar of Claussen pickles? But it is really pickle gummies!

I had ordered this awesome new game. It is kind of like Jenga, but it is a tower of pom poms. You carefully remove one at a time, and put it up higher on the tower. They somehow kind of stick together. It was a huge win!!! We played it over and over again.

Dara playing chess with grandpa.

I had ordered this Lego-type gingerbread house for them to make.

But look at the instructions, and this is only part of them! So needless to say, this did not get assembled.

Jazz made this walking robot in no time flat.

Ginny! I can't tell you how happy I am to see this post! Glad you are doing better. You were very missed.
Looks like fun with your family. I'm going to have to look for that pom pom game. I think my girls would like it.

I like that the pom pom game is quiet. We have noisy dominos and noisy balance games and noisy everything! Pom poms would be such a soft and happy game. Of course there are jigsaw puzzles which my TG loves, but I do not, so that's pretty quiet too, hahaha! You look wonderful and like Mari, I'm so glad to see you posting and glad to see that you feel much better. Happy New Year! xoxo

Ginny, so glad you are back and feeling better. It looks like you had a wonderful Christmas. I love those matching pj's the girls are wearing. And that Lego gingerbread house is awesome. My son would have loved that when he was little. This is a dear picture of you with the kids. And I especially like that quote you shared, as we had our first snow.

Happy New Year Ginny. I hope the new year brings much goodness your way.

So happy to see you posting again, Ginny.
Love these fun Christmas pictures, and that you're looking great.
Never heard of pickle gummies. Do they taste like pickles, or just look like them?
