Hi Ginny, My favorite 'ruby' in the snow is the male Cardinal.... Love your header. And--he thinks he is hiding in that bush!!!! ha ha
BUT--seeing red around the snow is always pretty and reminds me of Christmas. We never get snow much on Christmas--but I love seeing the red wreaths and decorations in the snow!!!!
Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.
Hugs,
Betsy
i see that cute little red guy peeking through the bushes. you found LOTS of red. my favorite color is black, my second favorite is red, so I love all these photos and your scripture for the day is perfect.
That header is gorgeous. And your 'seasonal' decorating is fun!
Oh, my favorite decorating color is red, Ginny! Love the cardinal, of course, and the red berries. But my favorite pic is the wishing well, I think! And the reds just stand out in the pure white snow!
I did not write the lines at the end of my blog post; they come from the song called "Everyday Heroes," but I couldn't find the author. I'll keep looking because I like to give proper credit.
I like all your bright reds against the snow, but I know reds look good against a backdrop of green as well!
Hi Ginny....my header is a GIANT Hybiscus that I planted last year....the flowers it put out were almost too heavy for the new plant. The flowers were about 8 inches across as I remember. And we did knock down the weird snow overhang after we dug the cars out and moved them....which was a good thing. Love all you "ruby". Hope you have a grand week.
I love the rubies in the snow. My favorite is the cute little wishing well. There is nothing like red to brighten up a snowy day.
