Butterfly Girl

We were driving down the highway, and I saw this.

Of course we had to turn around and see what was going on.

And just in case you were expecting a REAL butterfly, I snapped this one for you and put him in my header. He is even a fall color!

What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.

This mural will no doubt be spectacular! Love the real butterfly too. (I don't see blog headers when I visit via my phone)

I bet this wall will be visited a lot. These look like the kind of butterflies that you can stand in front of and it looks like the wings are part of the person. Everyone will be wanting to take their picture here.

It's neat that you captured the artist at work on the mural.

the butterflies are beautiful and she is talened, but I am wondering why the gap in the middle. if she moved over a tad she could be the middle or an angel . maybe it is the beginning of the whole wall mural, check it for us once in a while

She is painting lovely things. I really like you butterfly photo. We do not have one like that here at our area of the United States.

Ginny, I love how you are always capturing such unique shots out there... Instead of a roving reporter, you are a roving photographer. I love this one. Butterflies are the best.

Ps...all the questions about the "gap" between the wings ...that's where the body will be!

What a pretty art mural. And you found a butterfly in the same colors! It truly DOES look like Autumn. It's so hard to get a good picture of the butterfly, as they flutter about so quickly. : )

Looks like that will be a lovely mural when finished. I'm assuming the gap between the wings will be filled in with a body?
Love that Richard Bach quote.

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
