Pneumonia

I've been sick for almost three weeks. Feeling like I have the flu, and coughing. Two visits to the doctor and one round of antibiotics, and I was still getting worse. Went to the emergency clinic yesterday and was diagnosed with pneumonia, plus inflammation all thru my lungs. I'm on more antibiotics, an inhaler and steroids. So I think it is appropriate to post some hospital pics. Here is one of the hard-working nurses on her way to work.

Seems like a lot of people who bring their children to the hospital carry them on their shoulders!

A touching moment with both the very young and the very old.

Just one of the pretty plants inside the hospital.

Oh no. I hope you heal well and quickly now.
I loved that photo of the nurse as my younger girl is a nurse in cardiac critical care at the local hospital. Nurses work SO hard.

So sorry you've been feeling unwell for so long. Sound like they should have detected the cause earlier? Hope the new meds will kick in quickly and that you'll soon be feeling "on the mend"! Hugs! ♥

I have had more than my fair share of hospital visirs and stays since May. I hope, with this course of treatment, it will soon be far behind you as well.

Sorry you're still dealing with illness. I assume it's bacterial pneumonia, not viral since they've given you antibiotics, or it's viral and your still sick cause antibiotics don't work. Geesh, hope you feel better soon. Cute picture with the wee one and the older gentlemen with the walker.

Oh Ginny, I'm so sorry you have pneumonia. I hope you are on the road to recovery. I am a great speller, and this is one word that's always given me trouble. The breathing quote is so true, isn't it? Please take care, you mean so much to your blog sisters.

Sending comforting thoughts and love.

Oh Ginny I'm so sorry! What an ordeal. I wish you hadn't had to go through it but I am thankful for the doctors and nurses who cared for you! That quote at the end is so funny. The one about spelling pneumonia. My thoughts and prayers are with you, my friend, and I hope you are feeling much better as I write this! xoxo
