The Nosy Neighbor

Do you know what plant this is?

It is on this bush that our next-door neighbor is growing. They have a tiny pumpkin patch beside their back door!

They put this one on their back stoop. By now you might have guessed that I am the nosy neighbor!

They have this cute scene in the front yard.

And this is their fall flag.

By now, some nosy critters had gathered to watch ME!

Speaking of flags, here are the two fall flags that I ordered. Oh MY, they are much brighter than I had thought! Hopefully the sun will fade them a bit.

Good neighbors always spy on you to make sure you are doing well.

Looks like everyone is checking out the neighbor. I like the mums and the pumpkins together.
Your flags are really pretty. I have one fall one in my front yard but I need a second for the other side of the house.

These pumpkins are adorable and Ginny...I love the brightness of your flags. Fall is a great time to explore the neighborhood. Lots of cute things out there.

I bet they enjoy your yard as much as you do their's, my friend! Your flags are absolutely beautiful! You always have the best posts!

I love this, Ginny! You are right. Good neighbors do that. Our neighbor is from China and has been away for several months - she is in China, and she took her dog with her. We miss them so much! Bubbles is lost without her 'boyfriend' who comes to the window to greet her occasionally.

We had a pumpkin patch one year when we lived in town. They sure do take up a lot of room.
I like your nice bright flags!!

I am a nosy neighbor, too, sometimes. It is hard to close your eyes to what goes on around your home if you are out and about.

I LOVE your flags!

A lovely series of fall photos Ginny. I was thinking maybe pumpkin, or at least some kind of squash plant. Your flags are very pretty, and I enjoyed your squirrel and bird photos too.

It's good to have a nosy neighbor in my humble opinion. It's a way of looking out for your neighbors. I guess I am a nosy neighbor too :) I like to know what's coming and going. There was a reason I got nominated for the neighborhood watch captain in California :) Basically everyone worked and I was one of the few stay-at-home moms who tended to look after all the other kids until their parents came home. I was an unpaid mother hen too :)

Your flags are cute, Ginny! I like their brightness. Cute story too, spying on your neighbor while the squirrels and the birds spied on you, haha! xoxo

Those flags are delightful, Ginny. Yes, I think the sun will fade them, so enjoy the bright colors while they last. I love the blue swirled around in them. Your neighbor's space looks very nice with the Mums . So neat that she is growing a pumpkin patch in back.

Sensational Cemetery

A couple weeks ago, our local cemetery was looking so splendid in fall colors. We drove in to take closer looks. The fence around a cemeter...
