For The Birds

God gives every bird its food, but He does not throw it into its nest.  ~J.G. Holland

Welcome to our local wild bird feeding store! They have everything you would ever need for feeding the birds! They have every kind of house and thistle feeder, plus totally squirrel proof feeders; I know because I have one. So come and look around. The fourth picture is actually a bird jigsaw! The next to the last picture is magnets.

“Look at the birds, free and unfettered, not tied down to a job description, careless in the care of God. And you count far more to him than birds.”
Matthew 6

I am in tears....I just read about your beloved Cher! It's so difficult to be left behind and the loss of a loved one...our furbabies!!

My condolences.

Now, to this post, you managed to make me get the urge to strap myself into my chair. We have nothing like this in our area, and it's probably a good thing, too! I'd be there buying everything in sight.

As for your question you left in my Willie Neslon blog ---I like so many of his songs. All of them in fact. But I DO LOVE his rendition of You Were Always on my Mind. Your favorite?

Loved the birds! We definitely need squirrel-proof feeders.

Your first reaction to the flower species in my recent post was the same as my husband's. I, however, have mental tunnel vision. The connection never occurred to me, I am ashamed to admit.

Now I am off to search for your post on the same posie and to catch up on your recent posts. Hope your weekend is glorious.

Wonderful store, we used to have a local bird feeding store like this, but sadly, it closed. Those magnets are pretty and that owl painting, and I would buy stuff there for sure.

There's a store not far from here that has everything bird related. You found some cool stuff in there

Such fun pictures. I love those owls. I had to laugh at my DIL. She never heard the expression "that's for the birds" She thought it was so strange, now she says it :)

I love birds. I have a bird board on Pinterest and collect cardinals. They are so pretty and we don't have them in the valley here. In fact, most of our birds are pretty dull looking compared to the ones I see on blogs back east. What a neat store you found.

Hi Ginny, You are fortunate to have such a nice retailer. Those gourd bird houses are wonderful! When I still had my little farm, I was considering growing larger gourds for the same purpose. Have a wonderful Sun. tomorrow!
