Don't ever
take a fence down until you know
why it was put up. ~Robert Frost
I just loved this fence we passed, it is made with wagon wheels and also old tractor wheels. This is not a fence that keeps people out like most do, it is an inviting and welcoming fence. The sun, shadows, and green grass completed the picture.
“Dear, dear Corinthians, I can’t tell you how
much I long for you to enter this wide-open, spacious life. We didn’t fence you in. The smallness you feel
comes from within you. Your lives aren’t small, but you’re living them in a
small way. I’m speaking as plainly as I can and with great affection. Open up
your lives. Live openly and expansively!”
2 Corinthians 6

I love this fence. The way the sun is hitting that one wheel makes it look like it's on fire.
The owner really recycles them well.. the wheels serve as a deco... nice!

Old wagon wheels are such interesting things.
You do have an eye for capturing the most interesting things out there, dont you? This is so unique, love it! The first picture is indeed tricking to make believe that the wheel is on fire.
That looks very nice and inviting
I've never seen anything like it. The third picture looks like something out of a dream.
Some people are really creative. This is an idea that would never have come to me. I am challenged :-). Have a great day, Ginny. Hugs and blessings...Mary
Very unique. My first thought was this it wouldn't keep any thing out or in.
Oh I like the blue one!
Wow I've never seen such fence! How creative and as you mentioned, very inviting! I especially love the blue color of the wheels. The house looks pretty, too!

Ps....Ginny, I'm here from my Birdin' Photo Blog and wanted to send along my thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment for me.
Hope your weekend has gone well so far, did you get out to get some photos of the full 'super moon' this morning before it set?
A lovely fence and a lovely and encouraging verse to go with it. You seem to be reminded of Bible verses in everything you see. That's is a sign of a women at loves the Word and holds it in her heart.
God Bless you,
Your blogging sister,
Connie :)
Interesting fence and spot on quotations.
Have a great new week.
That was the most unusual fence I have ever seen - I loved it. Like Frost's quote too - I had never heard that either! Hope you are feeling okay. sandie
