Yesterday I showed you my favorite tree ornaments, now here are some others. The second picture was made by our granddaughter. She glued together and painted dried wagon wheel pasta. The last two are a silver pig. I'm afraid that my reflection shows up more than the pig, I guess I have actually become a pig! Way too many holiday cookies and candy, you know! He has a cute tiny glass tail, so that is the last picture, a pig's tail! It looks like blown glass. Here is something more glittery and sparkly than all the Christmas ornaments in the world.
"And he carried me away in the spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. It shone with the glory of God, and it's brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal." Rev. 21

These are family heirloom including your granddaughter's snow flake. Did she varnish it so you can keep it forever?
Your ornaments are beautiful! I love the pig's glassy tail. Precious pieces!
The pig is fun! Ginny I hope your Christmas is filled with extravagant joy in the simple things! Merry Christmas!
Very pretty ornaments. I love that they are all so special.
All of your ornaments are simply wonderful, I know they each have a special meaning for you. The pasta snowflake made by Anne Marie is so cute. And I love that pig ornament.
Ginny, I loved the collection of ornaments you have on your tree. How blessed you are to have your granddaughter's works of art to treasure too. Merry Christmas friend.
I'm catching up with my friends this morning after a busy few days. Did I wish you and Phil a happy anniversary? I do, you know! Today is my anniversary. See how close we are in wedding dates? Thirty-six years for us.
Love seeing your ornaments, especially the ones done by the little girls.
Enjoy!
Best,
Bonnie

Thank you for sharing photos of all your glittery baubles for your tree! Love the hand-made treasure! And to think all these earthly pleasures and treasures simply cannot compare with what awaits us in His Presence! Blessings!
I love finding your reflection in your pictures, Ginny. Your ornaments are so pretty and sparkling. Ours are wood, and fabric, and feathers and other delicates. There are few glass items. We have two trees. I'd love to have a very small third one and fill it with lots of glass shine.
p.s. LOVE the little birdie.
Hi Ginny, Wonderful Scripture along with this nifty blog post. Your tree must be gorgeous! I so like collecting ornaments. It is so nice to have those ornaments that your own family member has made. I have three such special ones. Have a super good Thursday!
Very pretty ornaments, Ginny! I especially like the pasta snowflake. :)

Beautiful ornaments! Macaroni and pasta ornaments always make me nostalgic, even when they're someone else's. I remember making them as a child, and treasure the one's my girls have made for me.
