FrankenPeep, "It's Alive!"

Well, the peeps tickle me so much that I have decided do a second post on them. These are the winners from last year, which I posted at that time. I kind of like them better than the new ones. I don't know about Frankenstein or FrankenPeep returning from the dead, but I do know that Jesus did. And many, many people saw him.

"Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe." Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!" then Jesus told him,"Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." John 20

"...that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers at the same time..."

Peeps are my favorite!!!!
My daughter sent me Valentine Peeps... just a few weeks ago... (she is always late about these things)!
This got me in the mood for them and when I couldn't find them in the Easter candy isle at Walmart, I was almost devastated. But thankfully, I saw them right near the entrance .... whew!!!!
I always got Nyssa some for her Easter basket... thankfully, she never liked them.... ;)

This is such a sweet series of posts. The peeps are darling but I'm ashamed to admit they were the only Easter candy I did not like as a child. My own children more than overcame my resistance :-). Have a wonderful day, Ginny. Blessings...Mary

I went to Brunei two years ago, just stopover for two days. Very opulent.

Rice and gas is cheap.

What do you do with the peeps after Easter?

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
