Happy Together

Me and you
And you and me
No matter how they tossed the dice
It had to be
The only one for me is you
And you for me
So happy together

Gary Bonner & Alan Gordon

Happy Valentine's Day to each and every one of my followers!! I am so happy we are together for a few mintues each day to visit each other! I love your comments and your faithfullness! My header is the Valentine card we bought for Ella, because she adores elephants. When it is opened it, it plays the song "Happy Together". I thought it would be ideal to post today because I am so happy that we are together in blogland! I went to a chocolate shop and snapped these chocolates just for you! I also bought you some, but unfortunatly I ate them all. So you will just have to make do with these pictures, and my love.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." 1 Cor.13:4,7

Cute header, Ginny... Love that card. I'm sure that Ella loved it also.

That is such a great song. Hadn't heard about it in a long time.

Happy Valentine's Day! I am SO glad that shop is where you are and not here... I have so little will power!

Thanks for the wishes and sugar rush! My favorite, however, is in the first photo, the inedible "truffles." My appetite for the chocolate treats is exceeded only by my susceptibility to puns. Happy V day!

What a cute header - and the post with all the troublesome trouffles is fantastic!

You are such a fun person and I look forward to visiting with you whenever I can, Ginny! (I know I don't do it every day)

Happy Valentine's day, my friend!

Oh Ginny. That first picture in the post made me smile... I had the "original" words from that song ringing in my head earlier today... Hm. Now I think I have to go and see if I have some chocolate somewhere! Thanks for your yummy post.

oh my does that look yummy!! I received your wonderful tea in the mail today. What perfect timing as I was feeling a bit down about my sister today. I have even broken out my nana's good tea cups just as I would have if you were here with me. What a lovely and sweet person you are Ginny.

I was watching the Nicole Kidman show Australia, and they mention Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. Makes me think of cyclones and hurricanes.

Yummy truffles, in deed when I have eaten too much chocolate, I will have trouble in my stomach. A favorite song of mine.

Hope you have a very happy Valentines day

Chocolate is my weakness..are those some type of cup cakes in that bunch too? I made truffles before..but I think I'd prefer to just visit this place! Your header is warm and touching..you know I luv to visit here too!! Lovely verse and a great reminder! Wishing you all a wonderful day today~

This is a picture perfect scene of Valentine's Day spirit and love. But at mass the other day, Father raised a good point, do we need to be told to only show your love on this day in the year? Everyday should be special with your loved one. Wishing you and your loved one's well,
Yasmin

So true, Ginny. It's just that I haven't been able to manage the few minutes of togetherness of late. But by next week I hope I'll be able to be regular again! My mouth's waterin'!!

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
